I sent in two phones and on the initial offer, they were the highest to purchase my iPhone 8 and Samsung S20 Ultra. However when they received the phones, they stated something was wrong with the devices even though they were brand new... so I declined their low ball offer price after the items arrived. When they mailed the phones back, they were both scratched on the front glass. Please please do NOT use this company. Use uptradeit.com or someone else. These people are horrible!
On July 9 I sent my MS Surface in for the promised $60 payment. A few days later they claimed that it had camera damage and they would only pay me six dollars. The surface had hardly ever been used except as a desktop, so I don't believe that claim was correct. I asked for my Surface back, and after over a month I have still not received it. Not happy with them at all.

Great prices, quality guaranteed and prompt delivery - what else can you expect? Overall a great source for used music!
With a very competitive offer for my old computer, I chose Decluttr. The shipping label instructions and process for shipment was clear and easy to navigate and the free UPS shipping made it effortless. They sent confirmation of the package being received and concluded that my description of the product was accurate. Payment was in my checking account within 3 business days. I couldn't be happier.
Superb selection of music dvds...some have not seen anywhere else! Quick shipping along with the free incentive...will def. keep shopping eith this company for the dvds@
I sent a perfectly fine ipad to them. Looked brand new as it had lived it's life in a case. I get a response that the LCD is bad and the microphone is bad and the offer dropped from $106 to $19. I contact them via chat and say "it was totally fine so it has to either be an error on your end or it was damaged in shipping." They are willing to open a claim with UPS if I provide them my proof of sending it. It was THEIR prepaid label! And they acknowledged it was received. How could I even possibly fake this! They insist "anyone can bring a package to us, we have to prove you sent it". I even checked the tracking number - I cannot fake a package with their tracking number showing it went from my city to theirs. I called this out and they disconnected the chat. FRAUD
This is an updated review after Decluttr completed my order. I sent in items to be sold to Decluttr. They contacted me and told me that the most expensive item on my list (Beats wireless Headphones) were not included in the package I sent, which they were. When I asked them about this they said that I needed a receipt from the UPS store that showed what was in my box if I wanted too make a claim.
This information was not on the main pdf they send over when you make an order with them. It is in their T&C which is not an easy thing for a lawyer to read through let alone anyone else.
When I questioned them on this I got some cookie cutter responses, and eventually told them I would just like to have my stuff sent back. A few days later I got paid for the full order.
I appreciate them paying for the order as they should have, but I got no response back letting me know what happened. Did they actually get the headphones and couldn't find them? Did they try to pull a fast one and get caught? Did someone in their receiving department grab them? No answers given. I just don't like the idea of them telling me that they didn't get my biggest item and then after I ask for my box back they end up paying me out and don't even respond to my message.
The idea for this company is great and I wish them well. Hope this was just a one off.
This is a bait and switch! They offered me $227 for my iPad in excellent condition which was $37 over Apple's offer, so of course I did it. When they had received and checked out my iPad, they said it had a "green frame" and would only offer me $46, or I could receive my iPad back for no charge. I'm sure many people would have just taken the $46, but I had sent back a completely functioning iPad and NO WAY was there any "green frame." Once I got it back, I sent it into Apple/Phobio. I received a $190 Apple gift card! Be very careful when dealing with Decluttr.
I've reached out to customer service several times, and haven't been contacted about my order. It's been a month, and my only option at this point is to go to the location since I live in Georgia. Which is an inconvenience, because of work and school I thought this would be a better option.
Update: DeCluttr eventually acknowledged that the mistake was on their side and processed the additional payment of $30. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because of this.

I officially filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Decluttr's unfair trade practices ranging from misrepresentation to false advertising.
I choose Decluttr because they provided a written quote saying that a 10% promotional credit would pay $63.60, making it the most attractive offer. BUT after they got my devices they reduced the quote to $30 and said their Terms and Conditions capped the promotional offer at $30.
Now they won't return my devices or pay me the $30 they owe me. At this point who knows if I can still get the higher price elsewhere but I want everyone to be careful. Do not trust their quotes ...

In reply to Pete from Decluttr. At no point did the terms and conditions pop up AND the quote that I received, which I have in writing, stated the full amount. Even more so that when I printed the instructions for shipping the product, the full amount was listed. So no. Your system did not actively tell me it was capped at $30 AND the multiple pages that I printed out to be able to ship the devices to you kept saying the full amount.
I ordered three-four times from Decluttr and all of them came as mentioned. On time. Love it.
I think the user experience on the site can be improved. Adding images for the item can help as well, with expected time of arrival.

I recently purchased an iPhone 11 and everything went smoothly for me. Fast shipping, high quality refurbished phone, and potentially a 12-month warranty (assuming you can get in touch with the company).

They quoted me a good price for my old iphone BUT then they never followed through. What a scam.
